9:00A.M. – Registration for Parade (@CAM High School Parking Lot)

9:00A.M. to 2:00P.M. – Craft & Vendor Show at Community Center & Bandshell Park

10:30A.M. – Parade, “Life is a Highway – Old Time Classic Cruise.”

Grand marshals are Lee & JoAnn Poeppe – Honorary grand marshals are the CAM baseball team and our hometown heroes, the Anita Volunteer Fire Department

11:00A.M. – Lion’s Club Food Stand, Masonic Lodge, A-Town Smoke Shack, Mom’s Sweet Creations, walking tacos, the Travis Families Old Time Tractor, and Homemade Ice Cream

After Parade in Bandshell Park

Winner of the Little Miss and Mister Whaletown Announced

(All contestants please report to Bandshell immediately following parade.)

Entertainment featuring Villa Dance, Salute Gymnastics, and Dan Holste.

“Life is a Highway” – Old time classic car & motorcycle Shine N’ Show, Chestnut Street in front of Catholic Church.

11:30A.M. to 2:00P.M. – Variety of Activities: balloon art, National Guard obstacle course, and fire training trailer.

12:00P.M. - Toilet Bowl Races – Cost is $5.00 for teams of 2; proceeds go to the Town & Country Club. (Held on Walnut Street by Bandshell Park)

12:00P.M. – Mercy One Helicopter to land at Anita Airport. (Time and location pending no emergencies.)

1:00P.M. - Anita Health & Wellness Center 3rd Annual Adult Co-Ed Softball Tournament.

10 player teams, $10.00 per person ($100.00 a team).

5:00P.M. Until All Served – Anita Fire Department’s 51st Annual Steak Fry and “DJ Tunes 4 U”
